Two purpose built music stages
These stages have been built so that noise is reduced considerably to the sides and rear and therefore for the music is focused forward onto the crowd

Max Capacity 5000
Premises license in place for 5000 people - for larger events, the council must be notified. Music until 11pm but at a small cost can be extended to 12am.
A covered indoor area with seating looking onto the stage area and available to the public.

Music License
Music license must be in place allowing for music to be played without breaching any copyrighting laws.

Bar & Alcohol
There are licensed bars onsite.

Security lighting has been placed strategically to cover most areas, working towards public safety objectives.

A tannoy system has been installed for family events if it is required.

The fire regulations has been covered on our equipment / buildings and fire risk assessments are in place.

We are located only a very short 10 mins drive from the M1 and M25, plus Radlett train station which is again 10 mins drive and has links to Kings Cross.

We have experienced contractors who can help events for a fraction of the cost with writing up a festival management plan which can then be submitted to the councils SAG (Safety Advisory Group) for approval of the event.
